Why I’m Running
Our community is one of the safest and most desirable in the country — but keeping it that way requires forward-thinking leadership, sound financial decisions, and a commitment to listening to every resident. I’m running to ensure our tax dollars are used wisely, our public safety remains strong, and our infrastructure keeps pace with growth — without losing what makes The Woodlands unique.

Nearly a decade ago, Adam and his wife, Michelle, chose The Woodlands as the place to raise
their family—drawn by its exceptional schools, strong community values, and high quality of life. Today, Adam is running to help preserve and protect exactly what brought them here.
Adam’s professional journey began with humble roots and a relentless drive to improve not only his own circumstances but those of others. He started in the health and wellness space, helping people transform their lives, before pivoting into finance, where he served as a Portfolio Manager for one of the nation’s largest online lenders.
Over the past 15 years, Adam has built, operated, and sold multiple successful companies—primarily in the healthcare and consulting sectors. In addition to his own ventures, he serves as a strategic consultant to business owners across the country, advising on growth, operations, and complex deal negotiations. His expertise spans a diverse portfolio of clients, including private practices, multi-state enterprises, and public corporations.
Adam’s approach to business and leadership is rooted in clarity, strategy, and integrity—qualities he now aims to bring to the Township Board. Whether navigating major contracts or solving operational challenges, Adam is known for his ability to create win-win outcomes.
The Lamb family is actively involved in community life. They are members of Woodlands Church, where Adam serves in youth ministry. He and Michelle are the proud parents of Michael, a student at College Park High School, and Madeleine, a student at Knox Junior High.
Now, Adam is ready to serve the community that has given his family so much—with fresh eyes, practical experience, and a deep commitment to the future of The Woodlands.

I am committed to ensuring our law enforcement and first responders have the tools, training, and resources they need to keep our families safe. As our community grows, we must innovate to ensure the community’s safety is maintained. A secure and well protected community allows our families, businesses, and schools to flourish.

From well-maintained green spaces and top-rated schools to safe neighborhoods and family-friendly amenities, we must protect the standards that set us apart. As a member of The Woodlands Township Board of Directors, I will work to ensure The Woodlands remains a place we’re proud to call home.
